Small Team, Big Results

We Are CU Productions

The CU Productions staff is small but delivers a big punch!  With nearly 50 years of combined experience in the field of media production Bryan and Steve bring a bevy of knowledge to the projects they produce.

On any given week you’ll find the CU Productions staff splitting their time between the CU Denver and CU Anschutz campuses.  Each campus has a fully equipped studio with a large assortment of equipment including LED and tungsten lighting, 4K cameras, teleprompters, photography backgrounds and high fidelity microphones.  If your production calls for a high-quality and quiet space to capture a sound recording the CU Anschutz studio also has a sound booth!

We offer an array of competitively priced services to meet your growing media needs including concept development, scripting, producing, directing, videography, editing, motion graphics, live streaming, video and audio broadcast uplinks, headshot and event photography.

Bryan Less

Bryan Less

Manager

Analyzing films such as “Psycho” and “The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari” during film studies classes in college sparked my passion.  The impact of using the medium of film and video to tell the ideal story and the influence it has on the viewers is what drives my continued passion.  It’s a cool profession! The proudest moment of my career is taking home a regional Emmy Award for my role as Director of Photography and Editor for a series of educational videos on Health and Wellness. Bryan joined CU Productions in 2007. His work has been featured on HBO as well as other multiple media outlets.

Located on the 12th floor of the Lawrence Street Building (LSC) our downtown studio and edit suites are an ideal location for photography headshots, video interviews, green screen recordings and narration recordings.

CU Anschutz

CU Anschutz

Studio

The studio on the Anschutz campus is located on the 5th floor of Ed 2 North.  This studio is an ideal location for photography headshots, video interviews, green screen recordings and narration recordings in our quiet sound booth.  For several of our video productions throughout the years the Anschutz studio has been known to take on several environments including a clinic exam room, office and living room.  If we don’t have your ideal location available chances are we can design it in the Anschutz studio.
